Once you create a new order and complete payment via wire transfer, our processing time is 2-5 business days. This means your order will typically ship within this timeframe.

Currently, we only ship within Europe, with delivery times within Italy ranging from 7 to 15 business days.

Please make sure that all submitted data is correct when placing an order we are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete data, such as name, shipping address or billing address, postal code, phone number, and other missing information that may cause delivery failure.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time.

Shipping to remote areas may take longer.
